Location:
Mystic KOA(we highly recommend staying here. Lots of things for the family to do including family music night (our kids sleep too early to partake in them), the on-site playground, jumbo bowling pins, long wavy slides (our kids were too young at that time to do it, but daddy successfully tried it out), the jumbo jumping balloon (I was holding my breath the whole time because they were kind of high and it was slippery up there, but they loved it and daddy kept them on there safely. They were clean, friendly and had a basic convenience store on site. The cabin was air conditioned, but a few flies would get in here and there with the doors swinging open here and there (fly swatted provided on a hook for your use).

This was an amazing playground made completely of wood- almost maze like-there was an area filled with sand and sand toys- we didn’t get to stay too long because it was very hot that day. It’s not one you see often or at all in New York City that we’ve ever been to. This playground was a little out of the way from everything, where children went to school – there were houses in nearby streets. It looked like it was more known to locals.
